This is one powerful machine! The lowest setting (50) is really warm! I would recommend having a layer between your skin and the device as it may get too warm especially at the highest setting. Honestly, high waisted underwear could solve that issue. The vibrations are a nice touch with multiple different vibration settings. You could even use this on your back or at the nape of the neck as well. Like other reviews mentioned, this is definitely made for smaller individuals. On the tightest setting, it fits nice and snug on the lower part of my stomach (maybe 28 inches around). It lays flat for me but that may be very different depending on the fat distribution on your stomach. This could work for those up to a size large but that may be very snug. It does have stretch but I know many of us don’t want something super tight on us during that time of the month! Overall, so worth it! The last photo shows it as loose as it goes as well. Plz like as I would love some coins to buy more stuff!
